The support we offer is probably THE BEST of any software company and the contract ensures our prompt attention at all times to rectify any fault whether your hardware has failed or in the VERY unlikely event our own software.
If the hardware has failed then you will need the software and your last data backup reloaded. (We always try to install automatic backups)
The contract does not normally cover your hardware however we can also do this at a small extra charge thereby ensuring you COMPLETE peace of mind.
The above will happen VERY quickly after your problem has been notified to us.
We NEVER clock watch and we dedicate as much time as necessary to get the job done and we do NOT have ANY hidden charges!
