The system was created with the smaller dealer in mind however it will cope with a large dealership BUT will lower the annual running costs.
Most Dealer Management Systems are built around existing accounting modules (The cart before the horse?) This does NOT produce a good program for you in the Motor Trade. Our system was built in modules. Parts then Service then Showroom and finally Accounts.
We will NEVER be complacent as we believe the programme will NEVER be finished but under constant development as user's ideas will always be added.
(For FREE)We will develop the program your way which means we can adapt it to YOUR needs assuming it is a modification which other dealers would not want. (They would be included anyway) We have developed a method of bespoking the program but can also include you in updates of the DMS thereby ensuring you also have access to someone else's ideas. We will never make a charge for building in YOUR ideas.
Most companies charge you to convert the manufacturers Parts databases to their format. This is an ongoing cost year on year however we will develop the program (at NO extra cost) so you will be able to load the Parts tables yourself!*

If you already have your data on a system we will undertake (Again Free of Charge) to try to install your data (such as vehicle history etc) directly into our new tables.
