How Long will it take?
We would normally expect to have a usable program with you
within four weeks of receiving your order. At the VERY
least seeing the program working will stimulate your mind
to what else you would like to see..!!
Web-sites could be up and running within 14 days.!
Will I need to do anything?
Buying bespoke software is not the same as buying a
programme in (say) PC World.
We try extremely hard not to introduce bugs into
our programmes but we are an honest company and
say sorry they do happen. There is not a software
programme in the world that did not have initial
teething problems but we pride ourselves on keeping
those to a minimum. Creating software to your
requirements can be complicated sometimes but we
will rectify the problem very quickly when notified
and will always work hard to create your IDEAL programme.
How Much will it cost?
That's a difficult question to answer for Bespoke Programming as we do not know how much work we will need to do for you however we as individuals and as a company hate being 'ripped off' and so we will NEVER do that to our customers.
What tools do we use?
We have chosen dBase Plus as our Rapid Application Development tool. dBase was the very first database management toolkit ever designed and was owned by Ashton Tate then sold to Borland who decided to drop dBase in favour of Delphi and so dBase development was halted for a number of years until it was purchased from Borland. Today it is owned by dataBased Intelligence Inc. and is one of the best and in our opinion THE BEST database management tools in the world! dBase has 40 years of development buit in which allows us to build a superior program faster which of course means a lower cost to you!
Web sites are built using Dreamweaver and if an online shop is involved we use a combination of Dreamweaver and Actinic depending on your requirements.
