Our methods are perhaps unusual in the bespoke software industry. We spend about an hour with you chatting about your ideas of where you want the system to go. Within a short space of time after project commencement a skeleton system will be delivered to you. At this point after seeing the program working your mind goes into overdrive about what you really really want the program to do!
So many software companies prey on this! Your questions start with... Could I have? The answer is aaahhh as that was not in the original specification there will be a further charge. We think this practice is very unfair.
